What a real purple beauty it is,dear Irina! It’s absolutely showy and looks magnificent against the arched stone wall!Your emotive acrostic poem enhances its gratifying existense and your poetic words comfort the soul!It really thrives in its clay pot as it gratefully receives the sunlight!
Eventually, your phone is smarter than we thought, but the power of your thoughts and your poetic expression remain above all!Your work made a nice and hopeful start for the day;anxiously waiting for the good news to arrive … Hugs of Friendship & Love to you!Take care 🙂 xxx

Your acrostic poem is lovely, Irina, and the sight and scent of lavender would, indeed, banish ‘evil landscapes and nauseous thoughts’. You have captured the very essence of the flower so well. It’s use has endured through the centuries, and fields of it are a delight to see. We have some in our garden, too. Bees love it. Thank you for reminding me of this lovely flower. Hope all is well with your husband and the results are good. Love to you both. ❤

Thanks, Millie, for your very nice comment. The lavender brightens my day every day, it’s the first thing I see when I open the door of my house in the morning, And there’s only one bee so far, I wonder whether it’s the same every day. You got the good news about my husband’s health in another reply. Thanks for caring, Millie. Best wishes and hugs ❤

Yes, I got your good news – so happy for you! Enjoy your lovely lavender. We’re approaching autumn in England – a season I really love: ‘Season of mists and mellow fruitfulness’ – and all that! (Keats – I think!) I’m looking forward to some wonderful autumn colours when I get home. Malta is wonderful, but this heat is overpowering. September is the hottest month here, and everything is parched and yellow. Lavender sounds lovely right now… ❤
