Blue heavenly blooms
Dazzle in the morning sky
December delight

Some Jacaranda trees produce foliage and flowers at the same time. I have noticed that these trees are the last to shed their flowers. While the other Jacarandas have already gone bare, this one in my street hasn’t even shed a single flower. Oh well, I might be exaggerating a bit. There may be a spent flower here and there, but there’s no blue carpet on the ground. I’ll keep an eye on this tree and note down when I notice some more flowers on the footpath. Until then, let’s enjoy this magnificent Jacaranda tree!

What a beautiful tree the Jacaranda is! It must be fabulous to see it flowering along your street, or have one in your garden. I imagine the one in your photo has shed its flowers by now. Lovely photos, Irina.
I look forward to November each year because of the Jacarandas. Yes, you’re right, the one in my street has shed its flowers. Glad you enjoyed the photos.
