My Heart Goes Out to Christchurch in New Zealand

This post is dedicated to the victims of the horrific massacres in two Christchurch mosques on Friday 15 March. A right-wing extremist filled with hate cut short the lives of many innocent, peaceful people. My sincere condolences to the bereaved families.

It will take a long time to heal. Hate cannot heal, only Love can. Yesterday, our Prime Minister Scott Morrison, visibly shaken, condemning the terrorist attacks in the strongest terms, urged us, “Hug each other tonight.”

As we mourn, let the sunshine, blue skies and flowers remind us that haters will never win.

  1. Thank you for sharing your love and sentiments. When one—or 49- of us suffers we all suffer
