‘Tis better to have loved and lost …

Sunset at Beauty Point, Sydney, Australia.

The sun will come out again tomorrow

It will shine on the world

Plants and trees will grow

Birds will chirp and sing

Children will play and giggle

While my heart will pine

For you my love

Lost to me

No, no

Not for ever

It cannot be

It mustn’t be!

Many hugs & thanks for sharing your poetry dera Irina, Aquileana 🙂
